Support the customer service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes.

対象となる方	求めている人材・Fluent reading and writing skills in English. ・Fluent reading and writing skills in Korean ・Passionate about the video game industry. ・Strong logical thinking. ・Customer service (nice to have) and/or video game, travel support, help desk, -technical support experience within an email contact center environment. ・Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat. ・Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective. ・Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and swiftly within guidelines. ・Possesses a team player mentality. ※Preferential treatment will be given according to experience

勤務時間	固定時間制勤務時間詳細総労働時間：1週あたり40時間 Shift based: 11:00~20:00 or 12:00~21:00 Average overtime (0~10h) 契約更新期間：3ヶ月
給与	年俸2,800,000円〜3,200,000円給与詳細基本給：年俸 280万円〜 320万円固定残業代：なし【一律手当】全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：なし Annual Salary: 2.8M~3.2M JPY
